Cathey, thanks for sharing your "review" of this inspiring story, it is on my list of books to read.

I hope it's as inspiring for you as it was for me. Some of his premises sound familiar to someone else we know.

Oh, Cathey, thanks for reminding us today that true happiness in life doesn’t come from what we “get” but from what we “give.” The traumas we face make us appreciate and show gratitude for this “gift” of life we have been given. I know there must be so much to learn about life in the pages of this book. Sounds like a great book to read and then gift to someone else. Thanks for taking the time to share with us. ❤️

I am passing this book on to my granddaughter and her dad who are both Marvel movie fans. I have newfound respect for Jeremy and his motivation in the world to make it a better place.

I've seen some videos of Jeremy talking abt his experience & what he has taken from it. He's an incredible man, who, like you said, should have died that day. He was saved to do great things & inspire others on living your true life. Thank you Cathey, for your beautiful, personal review of Jeremy's book. I can tell how much you loved reading it.

I am so impressed with his response to the accident. He will never be completely whole, but he recognizes he is blessed to be alive and he wants to make the most of the rest of his life by living it to the fullest and helping kids find their way. I enjoyed the book very much!

Based on what I'd read, I already thought Jeremy Renner was amazing - his attitude, courage, and fortitude. The excerpts you shared with us certainly added to my impression. I can't imagine having gone through that. Thank you.

I didn't know very much about him personally before his accident, but enjoyed his acting work. He does seem to be a person of resilience, courage, kindness and generosity even before this happened. He will live with the scars and pain for the rest of his days, but his attitude is incredible!

A bit of language but it's easy to overlook that to dig out the profound truths he came to learn.
