Oh Cathey to feel and hear those ocean waves. To let go and be free and calm love ii. If you don’t mind me saying I’m jealous of not being able to hear and see the waves.

I love mountains, too, but the ocean is my absolute favorite. It just seems to put everything in perspective for me.

Beautiful reflection on your happy place. The sights, sounds, feelings, resonated. So much so that I was reminded how much I loved the sound of crashing waves and equally loved the silence that followed when leaving the seashore.

You are right, Karen. There is a silence that lingers after a visit to the ocean's edge.

Exactly! How you can sit at the ocean's edge and not see the hand of God is beyond me.

I have been to the ocean one time in my life. I visited a friend who lives on the Atlantic coast. It is like a whole other world. Your mind drifts away to a distant place. Peaceful. Thank you for sharing.
